Lay horizontal waterproof layer with full-adhesive method for membrane waterproof layer:
(1) Unfold and position the coil: Fold the coil back in half so that half of the bottom surface of the coil is exposed; the folded coil should be smooth and free of wrinkles;
(2) Stir the base layer adhesive and use a fluff roller brush or brush to coat the glue evenly on the base layer and the coil. Do not ball up and ensure that both surfaces are 100% coated, but the coil is overlapped. Do not apply the base layer adhesive to the area; when the base layer adhesive is still sticky but not sticky to the touch, you can start laying the roll material.
(3) During operation, the roll material should be folded in half along the long direction that has been coated with glue, and aligned to the reference line, roll the half of the glue coated and dried roll material onto the coated base layer. Do not stretch the coil during paving, and avoid wrinkle defects; immediately after each roll is laid, roll the surface of the coil forcefully to ensure that the coil is firmly attached to it; fold back the unbonded half of the coil and follow The above process completes the laying of the entire coil.
Laying the vertical surface waterproof layer: the vertical surface waterproof layer coil should be laid from bottom to top, and the method of gluing and drying is the same as that of the plane.
